Return Policy

At Sydney Luggage we provide a great range of brands and products at affordable and competitive prices.

We like our customers to be happy with their purchases made at our Mascot store, Town Hall store and from our website.

Sydney Luggage understands that sometimes you may want to return a product that you have purchased from our website or from one of our stores. Below we have clearly outlined our Returns Policy to assist you with this process.

Change of mind purchases

If you have changed your mind about a purchase, Sydney Luggage will offer a gift voucher, exchange or store credit for the full amount of the item(s) at the time of said purchase, provided that:

  1. Items are returned within fourteen (14) days of the time of receipt of goods;
  2. You have proof of purchase; and
  3. Items are in their original, unopened and undamaged packaging.

Please ensure that the returned product is suitably packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Any costs associated to return the item(s) is the responsibility of the purchaser. Any loss or damage caused to the items being returned are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Sale Items

All heavily reduced sale items are unable to be returned for incorrect choice or for change of mind purchase.

Saulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Shiped Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or was incorrectly shipped, please call us on (02) 9669-6381 or email online@sydneyluggage.com.au within thirty (30) days of receipt of goods. Should your item be deemed faulty, damaged or incorrectly shipped, Sydney Luggage will provide a gift voucher, exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment.

If your item is faulty after the 30 days of purchase please return your item to Sydney Luggage, 1145, Botany road, Mascot, NSW, 2020 along with your purchase receipt for assessment. You may also call us on 02 9669-6381 or email us at online@sydneyluggage.com.au.

Items returned are at the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note that not everything is covered under warranty. Most warranties do not cover wear and tear and do not cover damage caused during transit, this includes airline damage. Please read the warranty documents that came with your bag when it was purchased.

In Store Purchases

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped Items

If your item is faulty, please return it to the store it was purchased from. Should your item be deemed faulty, Sydney Luggage will provide a gift voucher, exchange, store credit or refund. Refunds will be processed according to your original method of payment. Items will be assessed before an exchange, store credit, gift card or refund can be offered.
