Standard Orders

Sydney Luggage delivers Australia wide and offers FREE delivery on all orders  of $100* or more.  Standard orders are sent with Australia Post Standard Parcel Post and come with tracking.

A flat rate of $15.00 applies to all orders under $100.

Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from both Sydney Luggage store locations.

When your Click and Collect order is ready for collection , we will notify you via email.  Normally , Click and Collect orders are ready either same or next business day.

Too Cheap to Ship for free

* Free shipping excludes heavily reduced items that are "Too Cheap To Ship For Free". These items will incur a $15.00 delivery fee for small items or $25.00 delivery fee for large items at checkout.

Order Processing

All orders are normally processed either the same or next business day. Orders are processed Monday to Friday from our Mascot store location. If an order is placed on a public holiday or on the weekend then orders will be processed normally , the next business day.  Sometimes in peak periods there can be delays on processing orders.  

All orders receive a confirmation email and a tracking number is provided. If you have placed an order and have not received your confirmation email please check your junk mail. A Tax Invoice is sent with each order.

Urgent Orders

If you need your order in a hurry , please choose RENDR at checkout.

Rendr prices vary on the time you choose and where the item is being delivered to.  If you choose Rendr at checkout , the delivery fee price will be shown at checkout.

Non Delivery or Non-Acceptance of deliveries

If an order has been returned by Australia Post and Sydney Luggage has not been notified by the purchaser a refund will be issued minus the shipping fees.

If an order has been returned by Australia Post and Sydney Luggage has been contacted by the purchaser to have the order re-delivered a shipping fee will be incurred for the redelivery.

Should a delivery be refused by the purchaser or a person at the delivery address and the order is returned to Sydney Luggage a refund will be issued minus the shipping fees.

What if I’m not at my delivery address at the time of delivery?

All orders are sent with Australia Post eParcel service. A card will be left at the address. Your order will be sent to the closest Post Office that Australia Post chooses to send it to. The order will remain at the selected Post Office for 10 days. Once the 10 days has lapsed the order will be returned to Sydney Luggage. If Sydney Luggage hasn't been contacted by the purchaser a refund will be processed minus any shipping fees.

Stock

While we do our best to keep our website up to date, if an item that has been ordered and is out of stock we shall email the customer a notification. You are welcome to email online@sydneyluggage.com.au or call us on 02 9669 6381 before you place an order to confirm that we have the item in stock for reassurance.
