Sydney Luggage Centre delivers Australia wide and offers FREE delivery on orders of $100* or more.  A flat rate of $15.00 applies to all orders under $100.  

*Free delivery excludes orders that are located outside of selected metro and regional areas.  Additional fee's may apply to all orders inside of these areas which include and are not limited to Regional, Northern Territory, Western Australia , remote and outback locations.

 

APPROXIMATE DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are processed within 24 hours ( Monday to Friday ) of your order being received by Sydney Luggage Centre .  If an order is placed on a public holiday or on the weekend then orders will be processed and the next business day.

Delivery times listed below are an approximation only and can vary during busy periods.


All orders receive a confirmation email and a tracking number is provided.  If you have placed an order and have not received your confirmation email , please check your junk mail.  A Tax Invoice is sent with each order.

Depending on the location and the size of the delivery being sent we choose to use FRF Couriers , Australia Post eParcel or Couriers Please.  Depending on the location and the courier used will depend on the delivery time.  Please see the list below on approximate delivery times.  All orders are processed within a 24 hours ( Monday to Friday ) of your order being received.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

At this point Sydney Luggage Centre doesn't offer Express Shipping online but we are working on it.  In the meantime if you require an order to be sent ASAP!  please call 02 9669-6381.  Sydney Luggage Centre will help you with the items you would like to order , will provide an Express Shipping fee and will arrange for an electronic invoice to be sent to you.  Once the invoice has been paid the order will be processed immediately.  

 

NON-DELIVERY OR NON-ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERIES

If an order has been returned by our courier and Sydney Luggage has not been notified by the purchaser , a refund will be issued minus the shipping fee's.

If an order has been returned by our courier and Sydney Luggage has been contacted by the purchaser to have the order re-delivered a shipping fee will be incurred for the redelivery.

Should a delivery be refused by the purchaser or a person at the delivery address and the order is returned to Sydney Luggage a refund will be issued minus the shipping fee's.

 

 STOCK

While we do our best to keep our website up to date, if an item that has been ordered and is out of stock we shall email the customer a notification.  You are welcome to email info@sydneyluggagecentre.com.au or call us on 02 9669-6381  before you place an order to confirm that we have the item in stock for reassurance. 

Sydney Luggage only displays items on our website that we physically keep in stock in store and for online orders.  We do not drop ship and we do not display a brands catalogue and order the stock once an order has been placed.  If this is the case then it will be advised in the product listing.

 

What if I'm not at my delivery address at the time of delivery ?

If your item has been sent with Australia Post eParcel service , a card will be left at the address.  Your order will be sent to the closest Post Office that Australia Post chooses to send it to.  The order will remain at the selected Post Office for 10 days.  Once the 10 days has lapsed the order will be returned to Sydney Luggage.  If Sydney Luggage hasn't been contacted by the purchaser a refund will be processed minus any postage charges.

 

International Orders

Currently we don't offer international shipping online.  However, if there is an item that you would like to purchase, please email us at info@sydneyluggagecentre.com.au and we can provide you with a shipping estimate.  Please provide us with the item or items you would like to order along with your delivery address and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
